Your lesson to be learned is this - dont rely on others for things you need or want. If u want it, go get it. Its a hard lesson bc its your mom, but it is what it is. As a mom, I couldn't wait to take mine to learn bc I remember the excitement when I was their age, but thats me. U dont need mom to get your permit. Get a ride, take the written and go home. Sign up for driving school, take the driven portion w them and then go get your L. If you have aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends, older siblings or cousins, friends parents that are willing, etc., ask for their help w the driving practice hours. Get it done, do it by yourself, and be proud of what you've accomplished.
