Don't see issue with no gallbladder know lot people has not affected them only problem i had was BSMA but suppose we're all different

I had mine removed 20 days ago. I feel good. No issues. Try to eat clean. Lots of fruits a,d veggies and lean proteins.

@Jane Conway: 9 months post op and still watching what I eat, some times I think it’s still there when I get a niggling pain under my right side ribs! But better than the pain I was in…. I wanted to die when it went off on one!!

Mine burst inside still no operation but it a lot better now ,eat things that let’s say used to kill me .

After 6 weeks of being diligent about slowly introducing any food other than the BRAT diet so slowly. It's paying off! I got to have cake for my birthday and hardly have any digestion issues 😁. I did go two weeks with Broth, white bread and soda crackers, homemade applesauce, and chicken breast. I stuck to 6 small meals a day, take GI restore, Canadian Bitters, and berberine to help my already struggling liver. Now I'm going all in on my liver. I'm going to try caster oil packs over my liver. I can have 4 medium meals comfortably now. I have noticed some foods are just too rich or I have a reaction to like Bananas.

4 weeks post op I don’t know what is ok to eat and what isn’t lol I also have to take dyclomine before risky meals lol probiotics have been great and daily fiber pray for me 😭😭🤣

Sucks. Over the years i legit have lost my appetite nothing hits the same 🤦🏻♀️constant worry of ooop this is gona 100% make my stomach hurt
