This was my first symptom. I switched from degree to secret clinical and now I use Saltair - roll on only, because the solid didn’t work for me. I buy it at Ulta. Good luck!

I was never really a sweater, but when I started this menopause journey, I was so confused lol. The first time I really sweated, I smell like a grown man that had been out in the fields working 😂. I kept trying to figure out where the smell was coming from and what was smelling so bad until I opened the top of my shirt and the smell slapped me dead in my face. It was from boob and chest sweat. Just awful SMH.🤣🤣🤣

Witch hazel in crevices after bath or shower. Wait until it dries, lotion body spray and deodorant of choice. Mine is pearl dove. Thank me later

I just switched to Secret Clinical deodorant because when I tell you my deodorant was not deodoranting anymore. Get you some witch hazel wipes as well.

My sense of smell has been heightened in perimenopause. So, I’m thankful that I can smell myself first, and take care of it before y’all smell me. At least that’s what I tell myself!

I just learned that’s why I’ve been musty the last year because of a comment I made on a deodorant post about about how I’ve never been a smelly person in my life but no deodorant on the market has worked for me the last year. A lady replied are you going thru peri menopause? Then it all clicked. I dk for sure that I am, but I’m 99% positive I have been, because out of no where I lost 50% of my hair, gained 35 lbs in three months and now my pits are always funky smelling with deodorant. I’ve never in my life gained weight, I’ve always weighed 105-110lbs, had thick long hair and no musty armpits. Oh ya and weird azz acne now too and my periods went from horrible to horrific.
