the sellers and their agent dont give a shit. not interested in selling at all. maybe just showing off their home on mls, or agent is using it to capture leads

It should be mandatory to have your number (not your offices number) on the listing. Even if only the broker full… absolutely unacceptable when you can’t get ahold of an agent about their listing. I’m sure if there was a way to notify the clients they were doing this they’d be fired immediately LOL
