I use schaeffers products for fuel treatment as well as all their oil and greases. I also have a fleet air filter. 24 Mack ANTHEM flat top MP8 12 SPD direct 264 gears. lifetime mpg 7.1 not great. running 60 on flats I can get 8 not going to squeeze much more put of it unless I change transmission which is not cost effective. 29k for new tranny and install. Ive started looking for shorter runs that pay more staying closer to home to offset fuel.

well if I'm waiting for my load I turn my truck off I keep it at a low speed at 60 MPH that's pretty much it keep it at 60 MPH when I'm waiting for my load I turn my truck off I don't never let it idle anymore that's the best solution don't idle my truck all day if I get cold turn it on keep it at maybe 70° in my truck that's it as long as I don't have to spend any fuel put in as much as I need it don't go over $900 only gas I put in about 832 map out my direction I'm saving fuel

I just make places add on fuel surcharge and pay a minimum of $4.50 per mile. I still scoot my 379 down the highway at 75-80mph getting like 5.5mpg but im still making pretty good money. If i drop my speed to around 70 i get maybe 6mpg
