To the person reading this, I truly hope you know that you are not alone. I may not know your story, what you’ve been through, or what you’re currently carrying, but I can see that you’re struggling, and I genuinely hope things become lighter for you. Sometimes life puts people in situations they never expected, and asking for help takes more courage than people realize. Please don’t feel ashamed for needing support, whether it’s financial, emotional, physical, or simply someone to remind you that you matter. I hope the right people find your video, that someone is able to lend you a hand, and that you receive the kindness you deserve. If you’re able to help, even in a small way, please consider doing so—sometimes a share, a kind comment, a little encouragement, or whatever you can genuinely afford can make a bigger difference than you realize. And if you’re struggling too and can’t help financially, please don’t feel guilty. Your compassion still matters. I’m wishing you safety, strength, better days, and genuine support. ❤️May this reach the people who can help, and may you never have to feel like you’re facing everything by yourself.

@Lolalenvavoragine :The heart functions as a continuous, double muscular pump that beats approximately 100,000 times a day to keep blood circulating throughout the body. Physiologically, this organ is divided into four chambers: two upper chambers called atria, which receive blood, and two lower chambers called ventricles, which pump it out. The cycle begins when deoxygenated blood from the body returns to the heart through the venae cavae and enters the right atrium. This chamber contracts and pushes the blood through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle, which, upon contracting, pumps the blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery. There, the blood releases carbon dioxide and is replenished with fresh oxygen. Once oxygenated, the blood returns to the heart through the pulmonary veins and enters the left atrium. From there, it passes through the mitral valve to the left ventricle, the heart's thickest and most powerful chamber, responsible for pumping blood forcefully into the aorta to distribute it throughout the body. All this mechanical movement is perfectly coordinated by an intrinsic electrical system that generates its own impulses. The electrical journey begins in the sinoatrial node, the natural pacemaker located in the right atrium, which sends a signal for both atria to contract simultaneously. This current then travels to the atrioventricular node and spreads rapidly through the ventricles via the bundle of His and Purkinje fibers, causing ventricular contraction. This cyclical process consists of two main phases: diastole, the relaxation phase where the chambers fill with blood, and systole, the contraction and emptying phase, thus ensuring an uninterrupted flow of vital blood. It costs you nothing to copy and paste. ❤️‍🩹

Originating from Dubai, where it was first created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier under the name "Can't Get Knafeh of It," it gained significant popularity in 2024 through social media, particularly TikTok. Some variations may also include tahini or white chocolate in the filling for added richness and sweetness. The bar's appeal lies in the contrasting textures of the smooth chocolate and the crunchy, often vibrantly green, pistachio-kadayif filling, making it a visually and texturally interesting treat.
