guys, it's like jujutsu kaisen reversed curse technique. if you combine negative energy with negative energy or - + -, you get positive energy, meaning adding two negatives makes a positive. meaning is you subtract a negative number from a negative number, the subtraction symbol combines with the negative to make said negative into a positive.

Hi I am terrible at math, but he is right and I had to understand it in a backwards way: so (-5) - (-2) = -3. This is basically the exact same as 5 - 2 = 3, just on the other side of the number line. Same if it was like (-5) + (-2) = (-7); that's the same as 5 + 2 = 7. It's like the concept in science that says "there's no reason Time has to flow forward" Things only get wonky if you try to cross 0s. Which is weird and idk how to explain that.

(-5)-2 is -7, (-5)-(-2) is 3, if you forget it use this method and do same change change which means keep the first number, change the sign (subtract to add or add to subtract) then change the negative to a positive or negative to a positive

Well since this a Subtraction question the only time you use kcc (keep change change) so instead of -5-(-2) we would have -5+2=-3 because the bigger number is 5 but I know most people go well if we get rid of that negative the 5 is better
