I also wanted to let you know how empowering it felt just to submit a form. The act of choosing to do that and typing their name etc felt really powerful for me as a survivor and I know so many other people would have felt that! P.s. If you didn’t feel that when you submitted yours please take a second to give yourself some credit for being strong enough to do that!
