I thought I heard wrong, he said 225lb PREACHER CURL? I thought he meant 2 sets of 25lbs preacher curl.But then again it is THE Brain Shaw. I was also thinking 25lbs its a little too light for him.

bryan show does triceps db extensions with 62kgs and i do them with 45kgs at 70kg bodyweight going only 7 months in the gym. i will chase him untill i can do heavier than worlds strongest man haha
