My 4 boys and I had a detailed step by step tutorial tonight about how and when to call the authorities and what to report. the oldest is 9. I said the greatest take away is if you have any doubt, i don’t care if you are 50 and I’ll drive you down to report it or help you call. No bystanders in this household.
