For me, it was when she went after Olivia Rodrigo for half of the rights of deja vu. Her claim was that the shouting part of the bridge was similar to one of her songs. The SHOUTING. Not only do they not sound alike, but to go after 50%? And to a fan? A fellow swiftie who was truly inspired by Taylor's artistry and looked up to her? It not only speaks of greed, but feels very predatory in an industry where people at the top already take advantage and exploit young artists for money. She took advantage of her position of power and Olivia's rose colored glasses knowing Olivia couldn't afford to go against Taylor because she had the connections, the fame, the money, and the power to ruin Olivia's budding career. I just... Taylor became what she most hated and I've never been able to look at her the same way again.
