my dwarf cleric is such a goof and is absolutely the comic relief. one of the enemies killed one of our party and i kept casting revivify so we could continue to torture him.

I played a kitsune and spent my whole time being a small fox, I was literally the group's pet and communicated with cartoonish fox noises. I would "hunt" rocks, leaves and flowers and bring it to the party for them to eat. Now imagine a battle against an army, the tiny fox becomes a woman, obliterates the army, turns back into a fox and goes asking for ear scratches and belly rubs. Funny times.

I was an NPC for the party, one of the member's sister who sent him letters via Raven... then one day a player tried to use a spell on her and the DM revealed she was an unknown high level master Wizard-Sorcereress and his spells even with bonuses up did literally nothing. Player raged so hard and argued with the DM for so long, he killed his character off.

my character was the funny one.... on session 30 EXACTLY and what my DM had announced was the end of Act 1.... the entire party found out my character had a chaos god living dormant in his body and it awoke again and had to fight this god puppeting their friends body :)

My goofy ass Luchadore is all jokes and silly until a boulder destroyed our transport and we had to fight a few giants in the desert. My Giant Path Barbarian Luchadore Goliath Got massive... It ended up a Kaiju fight with my team launching ranged attacks and buffing me all while I'm Enlarged (Enlarge reduce). My dm thought it was going to be a challenging encounter with some fun dynamics. My Goliath tore out one of their spines and started swinging it around like a whip. Still one of my favorite encounters of all time.

The dm told me if my character locks in it’s the end of the campaign jokingly two sessions later I find out I’m the god who forgot memories and my mood determines how everyone’s life goes (I did tell them to do whatever they wanted.)

I once played a Goblin who was 10 Levels Warlock to Surtur, "He thought he was a Cleric of Surtur." and like 4 Levels in Ranger, "Whatever Level allows for a Pet"........He had a whole Troll he summoned from an Amulet, and took Fire Damage each time he was summoned. "I used Panther's stats for HP" so like 80% of the time he summoned him, the flame damage sent him right back into the Amulet............We fought a Black Dragon.......The dice blessed me that session, because I was bamph-ing everywhere, and I got the final hit on the Dragon.........It was absolutely wild, my whole table and my DM were like "WTF JUST HAPPENED!" LoL It was hilarious, and this made me think about him, because he was a throw away joke character, who the dice blessed..

I had a character who had a familiar that was also another character it was weird Homebrew s*** don't ask about it her name was lunara she was a talking Ash familiar that took the form of cat she was Goofy silly and sarcastic and bantered with the rest of the group however when Ivor went down she got real serious real quick transforming into a wild shape form about the size of a displacer beast and literally incinerated the group of cobalts that got the drop on me

I play a 10 year old goblin assassin with 7 int. She is so funny, but left session she told her favourite player character that she loves him and can't lose him like she lost her parents. The DM cried a little and everyone at the table had some feels

i had a redemption paladin who was originally a wood elf but looked like blaydd from elden ring. he was a polite, soft spoken, 8'2" shaggy black werewolf-looking giant in a ratty chainmail and a ilmatari tabard, with red strings on his gauntlets to represent his god. being a redemption paladin he was striving for peace and understanding so amongst the chaotic neutral group he is hillariously earnest... until a green dragon breathed on his friend and the wizardess downed, so he jumped on its back and critted it of a third its fucking HP in a hit. and then the session ended and we haven't played for six months. 😅
