@melon_park: halm’s LA galbi recipe with a side of aegyo 😆 ingredients: 4.5 lbs LA galbi (Korean short ribs) 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup dark soy sauce 1/4 cup plum extract 2 tbsp black pepper 1 cup garlic cloves 1/4 Korean pear 1/4 ginger 1/4 daikon radish 1 onion 1 cup water green onions directions: -soak galbi in water for 1 hour, then rinse and dry -chop green onions and set aside -whisk sugar, soy sauce, plum extract and black pepper for 5-7 minutes -blend garlic, ginger, onion, Korean pear, daikon radish and water until smooth -combine blended ingredients with soy sauce mixture -add green onions to marinade -pour marinade over galbi -massage marinade into the meat until well coated -marinate at room temp for at least 1 hour -store in the fridge until you’re ready to cook #lagalbi #galbi #koreanfood #kbbq #cookwithme
