id look into replacing the toilet, adding a handle for the faucet, keep my towel folded up on the corner of the counter near the tub/shower, and keep the door shut at all times so animals cant enter. especially if they have a peeing problem 😅😅 but this is why I rent. fixing stuff is so expensive
