The Stop Corporate Takeover of Physicians Act will collapse the value of private practices. Giving physicians who want to retire or need to sell for some personal reason very few options. Corporate medicine goes where the money is. Allow private practice to be profitable and physicians won’t need to sell to keep profitability. The reason hospitals get a better reimbursement as they have better lobbyist. This needs to change.

And incentivize hospitals to put outpatient clinics inside hospitals instead of in separate buildings that are easier to access for everyone

If this was true hospitals would only hire women doctors. Studies prove that female doctors make less then male doctors believe they choose to work less hours

Hospitals shouldn’t be able to bill that facility fee for a clinic visit. It should be admission only. Or, everyone can bill it.
