it's absolutely fascinating how suddenly everyone is playing dumb...all big clubs Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool did the same thing (worse than City) build their legacy and won everything by putting lots of money into their clubs from their own pockets but that's ok because back than there wasn't any rules to punish them...suddenly new club takes over and new rules start appearing to make sure that legacy of their favourite clubs stays untouched...pathetic

That’s the problem: if spending is tied to club revenue, only the traditional top clubs can realistically compete for the title, and City’s rise has exposed how outdated those rules are.
