I have a heated blanket and I used to take Tylenol for flare up but I just got my surgery so hopefully no more pain once I’m healed

I’m on naproxen n it kinda helps if it’s not totally sever n I catch it kinda quick. Hot water bottle tho but yeah I’ve heard night nurse is good I keep meaning to pick it up xxxx

I take co-codamol too but my cramps & pain are that bad, most times they don't work, so tried Nurofen Express liquid capsules, I take 2 with a cup of tea then lay on my belly. the nurofen works quickly & dosnt make u drowsy like co-codamol.. hope this helps & hope u Ok, I know how the pain feels, it's so bad

Ive got 30mg/500mg co-codamol prescribed coz the OTC stuff does nothing. I take it with ibuprofen.

I’ve had to move from co codamol now to tramadol paracetamol and ibrupofen and a hot water bottle long one. But I have heard night nurse meant to help haven’t tried it myself. You can get your doctors to try you on different pain reliefs to see what suits you better if co codamol isn’t doing anything for you. I feel you the pain is horrid every day xxx

I used to go for a multi prong attack. Paracetamol based pain relief, Ibuprofen, immodium (it slows smooth muscle from contracting) and voltarol on my back and in the groin/crease of thighs area.

I had a bad flare ended up in emergency gyno a and e and was on morphine then they sent me home with codiene

I take 5mg THC plus 1g ashwaghandha and .5g of Jamaican Dogwood which is also a sedative so it helps me sleep
