LIVE BELOW your means. If you can afford $3k per month. Find something $1500. My hubby and I haven’t worked since 2014 for me 2017 for him living below our means. We stayed in the $100k house even when we could have gotten a million dollar one. You don’t have to increase your bills just cause you make more money. We learned from Warren buffet. 💯

If only people could understood this concept. I enjoyed my 20s. My 30s for me has been cleaning up the mess I made in my 20s and moving forward. My 40s from this view is looking good right now.
