Kroger was using AI to create their displays to their demands. They sent it out so everyone's expectations would be aligned... only I had to redo the pallet THREE TIMES because the system made it fit in the space not that it would fit in the space. Wasted damn near whole day because it could've just been made by a team instead of AI slop

we are being forced to use ai at my job because it’s more “efficient” and “cuts costs” when in reality we’re wasting more time reviewing, correcting and redoing whatever the ai made than if we had done it ourselves from the beginning. It’s a waste of time but higher ups hear the words “cutting costs with a magic button” and run with it

As a software developer slop grenades are a daily occurrence for me. Everyone feels super lazy and there not even reading the thing. I especially hate the langauge LLMs are using. They use pseudo human sound phrases which make even more time to interpret the meaning
