Although it seems weird, lets be serious his injury is not his fault. She chose to stay with him above all. And he's pushing the stroller. Its their relationship. Also people have to invent something for situations like these or have a lot of luggage. Props to them!

just a heads up checking a carseat is not recommended as the airport can and most likely will damage the integrity of the carseat, there's no telling if it was dropped hard or anything else! always use a car seat on the plane in case of a crash so he's safer and not a projectile!

Genuinely asking as I wouldn’t have a clue but is there some sort of clip adapter you could clip from wheelchair to pushchair and so as neven pushes the pushchair goes as well??

okay you can take your car seat and stroller up to the plane and have them take it before you board. however if you ask at the desk if there is space on the plane you can take the car seat with you. keeps the seat safe, and gives baby a play to comfortably lay and sleep on the plane.
