this is why I hate all these "high protein convenience" meals! all of them advertise how healthy they are, but they are so high calorie. I have tried arguing with my ex girlfriends mum about them because she eats these everyday and wonders why she isn't losing weight.add in all her "protein puddings" (would like to point out she doesnt work out and has a pretty stationary job) and its just a recipe for disaster. but she also drinks those Belly Me shots so 🤷🏼♀️
