@jadecline_: Pumpkin 🎃 Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe: •1 Can Pumpkin Puree •1 cup Oil •3 Eggs •1 1/2 tsp vanilla •2 tsp of cinnamon & 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice •1/4 cup of packed brown sugar •1 1/2 cups white sugar •2 cups of flour •1 tsp baking soda •2 tsp baking powder Makes two dozen, you can also do this recipe without the cream cheese if you don’t like cream cheese filling! You can also just do one dozen and use the rest to make a pumpkin loaf! I use the same recipe for both! Cream cheese filling for 2 dozen: •8 Oz of cream cheese •1 Large egg •1/2 cup sugar •4 tablespoons of powdered sugar Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until you can place a fork around the edge and pull it out clean, the middle where the cream cheese is will be soft, but you wanna make sure the pumpkin muffin around it is cooked thoroughly.
