What I didn’t realize was that I was also rebuilding my confidence, my mindset, and the way I show up for myself every single day. There have been hard days. Days when motivation was low, energy was lacking, and showing up felt like the last thing I wanted to do. But I kept showing up. And somewhere along the way, I stopped just going through the motions and started becoming a stronger version of myself. Today, I’m so proud to share that I’m officially part of the Burn Collective. ❤️‍🔥 This journey has changed so much more than my physical health. I feel stronger, more energized, more confident, and—most importantly—my mood and overall outlook on life have changed for the better.
