I was one of those guys that said I can roll the tarp myself just fine. Then I got an electric tarp and my opinion quickly changed. It adds efficiency to hauling grain. I don’t have to stop, get out, walk back to unroll the tarp then walk back to the truck when no one is on the scale. It’s also nice to hit open when rolling onto the scale when it’s raining rather than getting drenched having to get out in the rain to untarp a load. With an electric tarp there is no excuse to not tarp the trailer.

I’m gonna say it’s not even close. I’m gonna say the sweep auger is one of the top 10 inventions and I think it takes the top six for sure.

Added Sioux City electric tarps on my 2 old trailers for this fall…. Kinda psyched. They are on sale now… 15% off. Cut loose with a few bucks and put on your other trailer there bud!
