@mystical.yogi.mckay: Took a leap out of my comfort zone yesterday to attend an AZ vegan social event for the first time! I will most definitely be attending more! 😄 So grateful for all the amazing vendors who took the time and energy to show up + share their amazing vegan magic. 🙏🏼 And the lovely gal who recognized me, sat with me, and chatted for a bit! ( u know who u are 🤩 ) Honestly none of this would have happened if my fellow student didn’t encourage me to start seeking out spaces where I’d feel understood without having to explain myself 🙏🏼 Crazy I know, but that’s the beauty of this work. An intimacy coach isn’t just there to help you navigate challenges / desires in relationship to ONLY self pleasure or ONLY physical intimacy! Oftentimes those same challenges / desires are showing up in other areas of our life that have nothingggg to do with our sxxuality directly. 🤯 Having a more holistic perspective allows so much more space for a coach to support someone in the way they uniquely need it along their coaching journey. ♥️ It’s been a legit blessing to look back how how much my life has changed after putting eve th thing I’ve learned so far into everyday life practice. Which makes becoming a coach all the more exciting 🤩
