All this sounds like it’s a lot of blah blah blah, cops make up stories just to pull people over doesn’t matter what it is. Do you think that badge on you give you God complexes that you can just run all over everybody. Furthermore, when you put somebody in handcuffs, you should be reading the Miranda rights at that point but half the time people don’t even do that even if you’re saying he’s not even detained you detaining that person you’re detaining his right to travel his place of where he’s going his freedom that’s not violating his constitutional rights seriously! This is the problem the corporate Wall all of you are used the black laws ninth edition which totally annihilate principles of law. The rules of law is plain and simple for constitutional law, but nobody has the time to go read 540 something pages if not more in the declaration of the constitution because the way you guys reword stuff like we FR we therefore who do whatever it was designed this way for control of the people you cops and everybody are supposed to be working for the people not for your own pocketbook
