Same happened to me…blew 00’s twice…think the DUI task force Sargent planted an empty Hennessy bottle under the driver seat of a used car I just bought. Was actually following a friend home who was drunk….but they still proceeded to charge me. Fucking criminals….

If you get a DUI it will cost you thousands of dollars and your license, it screws up your life, can cost you your reputation and even your job. Its evil for a cop to arrest you for DUI just because he's annoyed, the penalties should be harsh for one that does it
