Hi, sorry I am confused with the proportions - so is it 1 cup water and 1/3 of rice vinegar? Or is it 1/3 of water and 1/3rd of vinegar .. coz if it is then what’s the other 1/3?

my grandmother always did a vinegar rinse and you could hear it squeak as she rubbed it off but I like rice vinegar and have 3 bottles in my pantry now I have to have it on boiled eggs and other things I eat
