Separate by league, NFL NBA MLB etc. then I do by team(team name,not city). Then I know where to go for sport and player making it so easy

I only have about 4.5k cards for sale on, don’t know if that qualifies as “large” but I sort them into 4 boxes. 1. Baseball (Bowman) and 2. baseball (non bowman). 3. NFL and 4 Others. The individual sports I sort by team and then, inside of there, sort by rarity.

I organize by league. Over 12,000 cards. It’s done by league and then, personally, alphabetically by last name. But I know a lot of sellers will do it by team instead
