@anastasiabeautyfascia: Don’t share this video if you don’t want your friends’ crow’s feet to smooth out too. 😅 Crow’s feet are strongly influenced by repeated contraction of the orbicularis oculi, especially with habitual squinting and tension around the eyes and temples. This is why I don’t only work directly on the wrinkle. I want to reduce unnecessary muscular tension and bring movement back into the surrounding tissues. With this technique, we combine a gentle hold with eye movement to work with the area while the muscle is moving. Your eyes move and blink thousands of times throughout the day. That function matters when we’re working with the appearance of the eye area. Try one side first, then compare your crow’s feet. And remember… don’t share it. 🤫
