I live just south of 44 in chitty chatty and I love the villages and the area we live in but I wish they’d stop expanding. From my understanding they have construction plans for the next 25 yrs and it makes me so sad to think of all the natural areas of Florida that will soon be decimated and filled with houses. I know TV aren’t the only developers doing construction but they are one if not the largest. Just sad really.
