@cloudy..eats: [Fu Yan] Had lunch at Fu Yan at Suntec! I always have trouble finding a good food spot at Suntec because there are just too many options, but this place is such a hidden gem. Plus, some of these dishes were actually so fun? The Okinawa black sugar pork ribs $24.80 were crispy on the outside but still tender inside, with a nice sweet savoury flavour. You also get to crack open the rice crackers on top yourself which was such a cute touch 😂 The mala popcorn chicken $19.80 came with a fortune cookie inside, which I loved, but I was expecting more spice! It was pretty mild for me. But the truffle fried rice $22.80… omg. The truffle flavour was strong but not overpowering, and the wok hei was sooo good. Easily my favourite dish and definitely one I’d order again. We also got the three eggs spinach which was simple but super hearty. Drinks-wise, I really liked the peach oolong kombucha. It was more fruity and sweet with just a little tea flavour, and the lychee mocktail was refreshing but a little too sweet for me.
