As I’m sure many point out, when you go to the reciprocal, the inequalities flip

If a>b and ab>0 then 1/a < 1/b, you didn’t change sign

I misunderstood. I thought it said hundredth digit, not hundredths digit

Don’t you have to flip your inequality when you reciprocate, 1/21 is not less than 1/22

How does this video help to identify the hundredth decimal.
Being between 0.4 and 0.5 doesn't help

I mean the odds of guessing the right digit (1 out of 10) is pretty much higher than the odds of me solving it. Gamble it is

Yes, he messed up by not switching the 1/22 and 1/21. But it’s still correct at the end. Because 1/25 is less than 1/22, and 1/20 is greater than 1/21. So this fraction is still between 1/25 and 1/20. It’s still between 0.04 and 0.05

this is wrong, you must change the inequality sign when you do that reciprocal thing

1/7 =0.142857… (fun one to memorize you basically just double 7 three times to remember it). Then divide that by 3. 14/3=4.67 so 1/21=0.04…
