I was having braxton hicks every night. Made the tea (a whole jar w about 4 cups) at home and they ✨stopped✨. Im very dissapointed😂😂😂 I might stop drinking it

I’m 35 weeks and have a bad cold so I got the medicine ball (honey citrus mint tea) even tho it’s not supposed to give you contractions I got a crazy amount the last 2 times I've had it maybe try that 😭😂

No :(( unfortunately nothing will help induce labor naturally - MAYBE collecting colostrum but that’s it that can help

Just had my baby on Friday at 38 weeks. I think walking 3 - 4 miles at work is what did it 😅 have a safe delivery! 💗
