I love a soft pillow, but my neck doesn't. lol I loved the mellow cervical pillow, but then my next started hurting again so I went back to my Sutera pillow.

I have hEDS, Crainial instability and occipital neuralgia.. any pressure on the back of my head or neck even from most soft pillows will give me a headache and I wake up with a lot of pressure in ny head. This pillow is a game changer! seriously I have tried sooi many pillows and this one is by far the softest most magical pillow I've ever owned.

I just got mine and it’s super thin not fluffy like this guess it needs to be very thin for your neck but it looks nothing like this
