I feel like it should only be acceptable if it ain’t a repetitive thing. Like a one time thing and yes it gives people more time in case if they missed it. And if this is their way of making it canon to whatever future thing is upcoming. Since deleted scenes aren’t shown to the general public to those who missed it. However, I feel like this is becoming a one way ticket to money grabbing the studio and shouldn’t be allowed to do so.
