@coltenbarnaby: Thank God we have voices of wisdom like this out there. In support I am going on a prayer strike, denying myself prayer, until congress enacts the mandatory prayer law. Think about the jobs this will create. #deconstruction #exvangelical ##christianhumor #christiannationalism

never said what god

Hifalutin :

Once we all get the implant can't it just be automated to pray for us?

Daily Doze of Ronda :

Which God? There are over 4000 religions.

🫧kilian :

As if catastrophizing about shit I did wrong 7 years ago wasn’t enough lol

coryclayton5 :

We also need a clearer definition of wrong. I don’t think half these people even register their self serving rhetoric as wrong

likelelinthabane :

that time Jesus already gave us universal laws. Love the Lord, love tour neighbour.

ThreeBeersIn :

I feel like the answer was more a genie’s wish that bypasses free will.

Anya :

I laugh but unintentionally I do this every night

Ziggyq :

I learned that as a child as part of the Catholic faith that that was an examination of conscience so that you could go to sleep having asked forgiveness for the things that you chose to do wrong during that day not your mistakes. However, that’s an individual choice and I would not make that a law for anybody.

sjribe :

Oh I get his point. It’s a universal law, like gravity. Everyone is compelled to pray before they can go to sleep and admit out loud everything they did wrong that day. Hard to deny your behaviour is bad or continue in it when you’re daily admitting that it’s wrong.

Aryn M :

we already got the Examen prayer... and it's nicer to you than feeding insecurities 😳

SerpentThouArtLoose🇵🇸🇭🇹 :

I think it’s a good idea for everyone to reflect on what they did wrong that day tho. Maybe next day they’ll not repeat it.

callejera :

it's the eating the cookie for me.
