@catharineistrying: This exposure was intense, but so fun! I actually want to go back one last time before our annual passes expire. And the big exposure for that will be to make it to the bottom part of the park. You have to take like 3 sets of HUGE escalators down there and I always avoid going down there. So my next exposure therapy challenge when we are there will be to make sure I go down to the bottom of the park. You better hold me to it! I’m hoping all my med changes put me in a better place soon. I really am trying to work through the initial side effects, because the medication helps a lot. And that right there shows you that exposure therapy can be so many different things. Like even just trying to deal with the side effects of a new med. THAT is exposure therapy!
