My kids got “let go” from the Taco Bell in Kendall on Miller and 147 cause they didn’t speak Spanish. The new manager they had transferred there spoke no English and personally told me she couldn’t communicate with them cause they didn’t speak Spanish so she had take them off the schedule and use their hours for people who spoke “the language “ 😂Shits hilarious to me

I remember calling a store and they said that they were hiring and when I went in, they told me they are looking for Spanish descent, workers only English not allowed and turned me away 🤦🏽♀️

It’s definitely like this in Florida. Went to Miami and decided at Ross. They were so rude and aggravated that I didn’t speak Spanish. Never knew it was a requirement to live in FL.

As a Hispanic, we speak Spanish in our house when we leave it’s English when we go in public English because we live in America now there’s always people saying English isn’t the official language here in America. It doesn’t matter. Literally everything is in English. Everyone speaks English even the Native Americans speak English. It’s like what are we doing and then you’re getting mad at that girl because she doesn’t speak Spanish. This is America. We speak English. You can speak Spanish at home. That’s how I was raised at least.
