My husband makes chili cheese coney brats. I like to finely dice onion, tomato, pickle, and jalapeno. Drizzle that with olive oil, salt, and pepper then mix. Then slap my brat on a toasted bun, lil shredded cheese, drizzle garlic aioli, then put a bit of the pico type topping I made. It's so good.

one of our favorites is shrimp tempura rice bowls!! rice, chopped cucumbers, shredded carrots, crispy fried onions, eel sauce & spicy mayo, and shrimp tempura! so easy and delicious.
