@anna.marie.shartzer: And to think I got to hear “it’s a girl” twice. 😭🎀🎀 I was so convinced I’d be a “boy mom,” I wanted a daughter SO badly. Looking back, I think it was mental self-preservation. 😅 So when they told me baby #2 was a girl, I was a sobbing mess at the ultrasound. We found out on Valentine’s Day, and I’ll never forget that moment. Then I just knew baby #3 would be a boy. I even talked my husband into having a third because, statistically, with his family, a boy seemed almost guaranteed. 😂 But it was COVID, so he couldn’t come to the appointment with me…and when I heard “it’s a girl” again, that drive home felt like I had genuinely won the lottery. One daughter was an unbelievable blessing. Two felt like pure euphoria. I’m an only child who always dreamed of having a sister, so knowing I get to raise two sisters is a feeling I honestly can’t put into words. 😭😭😭 🩵I love my son to the moon and back, he made me a mom and will always have the most special place in my heart. But getting to hear “it’s a girl” twice? That was a dream I never thought I’d get to live. 🎀 #itsagirl #momlife #sisters
