I think people in the comments are a little confused. This is not an original script by Richard. This is not associated with boyhood. It’s an adaptation from a musical that came way before that movie. The only similarity is the fact that it’s being filmed over several years. You can actually watch a version of the musical that Daniel Radcliffe stared in on Broadway with Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez. It’s on streaming
