nix is my fav distro. the only reason I use Athena os arch based instead of the nixos based version is because syncing the black arch repo comes out of the box working on the arch based version iirc, and its a hassle on nixos. you could just run a virtual machine if you have a beefy system which I do, but I just prefer being able to download tools from the repo out of the box.

debian is one of the must unstable distros, the only reason Most Run in less trouble is because its not letting the User maintain, a Arch or a Fedora are in pure os Side without a 8 layer way more stable.
