i don't think we'll fight them again, i think the different endings represent meursault at different times in his life with buffet as a proxy; in part 1 we simply go with the flow, resulting in an environment where they get punished before ever even having a chance to try fitting in, mirroring past meursault. in part 2 we decide allying with them might yield different results, but ultimately pwie was still chained down by the beliefs and expectations of others and we did nothing to remedy that, which even meursault acknowledged as wrong, this of course mirrors current meursault. part 3 will likely have the le kaki ending, there's two ways this could go, i don't think simply ripping apart every person in the gms would make thematic or story sense, so though i don't know how it'll go i can say with a large amount of certainty that pwie/buffet will be forced to make some kind of choice for themselves, and symbolic actions like that are obviously very significant in the gms, so this makes a lot of sense since we still have one floor left to go, we can't wipe out either faction or we get A/B and unless we find a way to make some kind of peace, likely orchestrated by buffet in a major way we probably can't progress further since we've already reached the peak of our own symbolic power. furthermore from observing all this, meursault will likely finally be able to break his own chains once we finally escape. but what do i know, this yap is probably all wrong👀
