My physiotherapist said that if the doctor told me 6–9 months, he was lying 😂, and that it’s more like 9–12 months before I properly regain full function in the operated leg 🙈

• Surgical repair: Stitches to sew the torn cartilage back together, best for tears on the outer edge with good blood supply (recovery takes 4 to 6 months).
