we didnt fall out but as my sister got older she had her own life and sometimes it feels like theirs this big distance between us, i really miss her she practically raised me, i also just think we are different people now and i miss who we were

i dont have a single photo with him. i havent spoken to him in years. closest i got was ordering in a restaurant and he brought my plate out. didnt say a word, didnt even look at me, just placed it down and walked away. theres so many words i wish to speak to him that i know i never will. i wish the best for him, i really do.

He told me he always resented me growing up, and I don’t think he’ll ever understand how much that hurts to hear. Because while he was resenting me, I was just a little girl looking up to my older brother like he was my hero. I never saw him as someone to resent. I saw him as someone I admired, someone I looked up to, and someone I thought would always protect me. It’s crazy how two people can grow up in the same house, share the same childhood, and remember it so fucking differently. 💔
