@itsgurnaz: What’s your go to chai recipe? Every family has their own way 🧸 Marking the start of cozy season with a recipe of my addiction and expertise: authentic desi cha/chai! My recipe varies daily according to my mood and time of day but here’s a basic breakdown… For one serving ☕️ You need: water, milk, black tea, spices 1. Bring half a cup of water to a boil 2. Add spices of your choice and let simmer for at least a minute (I used fennel, cardamom, and cinnamon) 3. Add your black tea (half a tablespoon for a normal sized cup. Add more if you want a stronger taste) and simmer again for at least a minute (the more you steep, the stronger the flavours of your tea and spices will be) 4. Add half a cup of milk of your choice and bring to a boil. Let the milk rise 5. Enjoy! Save if this helped, and if you try it let me know your thoughts! Your welcome for not gate keeping 😌 #cozyseason #chairecipe #cha #desi #chaitok

I follow all these steps still never able to recreate the Indian chai taste here. There’s something bout milk in India that makes chaa ELITE there 😅

In the beginning of your video you have the word Cha in Punjabi, Hindi, and Bengali, but the word "Urdu" written in Shahmukhi/Urdu. Not sure if that was intentional, but thought you should know!
