And here’s what surprises people: ✅ You may qualify without being enrolled in VA health care ✅ You don’t need a service-connected disability ✅ Certain National Guard and Reserve members can qualify ✅ Family members may receive services in certain situations ✅ They can help with military-to-civilian transition, counseling, employment resources and referrals ✅ Vet Center records are generally kept separate from the rest of VA Eligibility still depends on your service circumstances, so don’t automatically assume you qualify—or don’t qualify.
