Lymphatic massage weekly, no alcohol, no gluten, no processed foods, no sugar, hydrate, eat enough protein, avoid malls (might sound weird but mall air does somehow make it worse), and avoid getting stressed especially on hot days. You’re welcome

That fatty part by the knee…holy does it hurt…so tender. New doctor says it’s because of my weight. Need to lose weight and it will get better (yes I am a big girl but it’s not all traditional fat)

Have you checked for vein disease? I finally after 10 years had a dr listen. I was diagnosed with vein disease and just finished treatments. Then prescribed me a compression machine that does lymphatic drainage and it is just now helping but the heaviness is getting better. They said it takes a whole year to get better
