Thank you for sharing this. I have thought about sending my ex something like this as two years comes up on October 9. I just reached out to him today just to say hello since it’s been over two months since I last communicated with him because I step back from our friendship I very much want him back in my life. What’s weird is I’ve had severe emotional breakdowns the last two days and my ex told me he was thinking of reaching out to move the last couple of days and it makes sense those last couple days I’ve been having severe emotion connection to my ex to her. I started breaking down in tears missing him, and we had that connection when we were together, and in the beginning of us when we broke up anytime I would have a major emotional energy in my body. We happen to reach out to each other that same day and I want to believe that energy I feel is his when he’s thinking of me because I’ve been Great up until literally two days ago. The irony of it and yet talking to him today, just brought all my emotions back and how I felt about him and it sucks God I miss him.

Oh my goodness!! I feel this to my core. I have tried to move past him but my heart says no you can’t forget him. God has a plan. I pray for his happiness and I hope his new person loves him unconditionally, with no negative energy and no ill will. I know he knows I still love him because he occasionally checks on me. But I accept that he is not mine anymore. I wish him peace and love as I love his soul from afar. ❤️🙏🏼
